About me

I am an experienced and qualified counsellor working with young people and adults with a variety of issues in private practice, Cambridge University and mental health charities. I have also worked as a counselling tutor, training potential counsellors for their National Counselling Society Diploma qualification.

Therapies offered:

As an integrative counsellor I follow a humanistic approach to counselling. I draw on a wide range of skills and techniques, such as CBT. This enables me to tailor sessions to you and your unique needs.

Qualifications:

  • National Counselling Society Level 4 Diploma in Counselling (Distinction)

  • Registered Member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP)

I work in accordance with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy’s (BACP) Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I engage in over 30 hours of Continual Professional Development training every year to ensure that my skills are continually evolving, relevant and up to date.

I am fully insured and hold an enhanced DBS certificate
